So, I was driving home from Hemet (not that any of you know where that is) and some guy is riding his bicycle on the sidewalk. Our light turns green and he disregards the little red hand and continues through the crosswalk and nearly gets plowed by a cop (he was at the front of the line). HAH. As the guy is looking back at the cop he runs into a Honda Civic.

Best thing I've seen in AGES.

Just another attempt at cleansing the gene pool

Did the cop give the guy a ticket for disobeying basic traffic laws (they apply to cyclists, too)?

I have come to the conclusion that bicycle safety isn't taught in grade schools anymore. People don't seem to know that bicycles are subject to the same laws as automobiles (i.e., sidewalks are for pedestrians).

Nah... he just looked at him while he continued by. I think he even saw him hit the Civic... and just kept going. lol

And I have to agree with Midnight_Rider... People really don't know these things anymore... Makes ya wonder.
