It should be as long as he didn't abuse the car, he said it runs like its brand new, but I would ask him just to make sure. Also make sure he is keeping up with his regular maintanence on the car. I'm pretty sure this car can last a good couple thousand more miles, I say at least 50,000 or more, I just neva seen an srt with that much mileage before. and even if you can always rebuild the motor when you get the money so it be like a new wind for that car. it's up to you though...

i'd want the price to be a little lower.
it will be due for all the stuff that should be done at 100,000 miles. that stuff will add up quickly.
if its mainly highway miles (which it kind of has to be to hit 96k in 3 years) then it should be fine, but that just seems like a lot of money to me.

Good point, i didn't even notice the price, yea I say talk him down a bit because that is pretty steep, plus check on his maintanence schedule like suggested before...

personally i would replace the timing belt, serp belts, head gasket, hoses, coolant, trans fluid, plugs, wires and oil.
that is unless recent records were available showing they have been done

i still think 10,000 for almost 100,000 car is rediculous.

i know this guy personally.... the owner before that guy beat on that car quite a bit... just an fyi... and the current owner is a good guy, has taken pretty good care of it... i've seen it run around town... besides the mopar BOV and the usual scratches you can expect for the millage its in pretty good shape....only reason i wouldn't buy it is b/c of the previous owner, he street raced it often and delivered pizza with it... pizza delivery cars = lots and lots of short distance trips... but over all if the price was at $9,000 or so i think i'd buy it and have the engine overhauled for a grand... if i could find someone to do it for that little lol but thats just me
