Outside of the plug? If so it is just a set of tube seals (less than $20 from auto-zone) if it is on the business end of the plug well lets not get into that yet

Yup, very common problem on neons. Pick up some tube seals and a valve cover gasket and replace them. The spark plug tube itself might need to be seated back in as well, that's why mine is leaking.

Definitly replace the tube seals with Fel-Pro's. The design of them is so much better than the design of the OEM seals.

Well there was oil in the thread of the spark plug and a little on the Outside, is bad to have oil in the thread?. But i think that the oil in the thread was because it was leaking from outside.

Thanks guys.

Most likely seeping down into the threads. Be sure to clean the sparkplug boots good also, to prevent arcing from oil contamination. Like Donkeypuncher said: double check the tubes to be sure they are all fully seated. Lay a ruler or good straight edge across them for reference. Mine pulled out by hand. A little light sanding of the tube and bore, some brake kleen and red loc-tite cured that. Just be sure they are all square in the bore, or the rocker cover holes won't line up too well.
