Picked up a 2001 neon ATX for a winter beater the other day.

I have some parts swapping I want to do wit hit, so that will come.

I've owned many many 1gn's and this is the first 2 gn.

So far it's quite slow and has a REALLY bad Houl from under the hood on startup and acceleration from a stop.

Btw, what's a "Houl"? Is it the same as a hao?

Did you mean a howl? Could it be a belt issue?

Just messing with you, you know that!

Lot's of knowledgeable folks here that are more than willing to help you out with whatever questions you may have. Plus, many members here have 2000s, which were sort of the odd ones from the 2gn lineup.

Yes Howl. For some reason, I typed it and thought Howell automotive and figured it was wrong.

Yay, 20th post! Now I can post in the FS forums, only took me 2 weeks to get there.
