What does it mean white smoke comes out the exhaust? It only does after idlin after normal temp, it builds boost like it should, both tranny and motot oil is good,so what would the problem be?

How many miles are on the cyl. head? It may be valve seals/guides. It only does it while idleing and clears once going down the road, correct? That is the same thing my GF's Sundance does. (3.0 liter) It is very common on Mitsu's*.
At 112,000 my exhaust guides were shot in the Neon, but the seals where still hanging in there, atleast it wasn't to the smoking point that I could see anyway.
Using the high mileage oil in in the GF's car has mixed results: sometimes it seems to work, and sometimes it doesn't. The oil seeps past the exhaust seals enough to build up at idle/stop lights, then at higher rpms there is enough exhaust volume to clear the excess oil so it doesn't smoke visibly. What amazes me most is that her cat is still holding up to the abuse. Even passed E-check
123,000 and 15 years old, prolly the last 5 years blowing smokescreens when idleing, and it looks like brand new on the inside. I only know because the springs that hold the cat to the manifold broke, and I had to replace them.
* Note: I just used Mitsubishi engines as a good example I am fully aware that the Neon engine is not a Mitsu engine.

Probably shouldn't listen to anything your penis says, that guy's a dick.
Too much time spent here is a sign of a bad case of Ownaneonvirus.Patience, of course, is a very powerful weapon, but sometimes I start to regret that it is not a firearm.

^^^^^Werd, I thought of that after I posted, but had to leave. at 63K your head should be in good shape, but then so should the turbo bearing/seals, if it has been properly cared for. If it has been run under high boost then shut off soon thereafter on a regular basis, or more often than not, it could have cooked the seal. It wouldn't do the bearings any favors either, as the oil pressure is zero while the turbo is still winding down.

The car iz always well maintained, it has 19" rims so its hardly ever hits high speed, and i think we might have found the problem!! Today i was gonna do a compression test on it, and i was taken out the spark plugs and their was a lil bit of oil on them. So that would mean busted gasket. But this is what the car looks like:

Oil on the end of the plug or on where the wire goes? If it's on the electrode end then you might have some bad rings. If its on the end where you put the wire on it it's just the seal between the spark plug tubes and the VC. It isn't anything to worry about if its the latter.

If it is on the boot side and the plugs were tight I don't think it is the source of it coming out the tailpipe. If the plugs were loose enough to let it run through then maybe, but it would be a pretty healthy tube seal leak to do that. Are the tubes above the rocker cover or loose?
