Turbo for 02 R/t Need help

I'm looking to buy a turbo for an 02' R/T. Thing is, im not mechanically inclined so i need some help piecing together what parts/pieces i will need for a mechanic to install. help?

Quick ? bout this, MPx website, does this work on the R/T i have an 03 theres a stage 1 apparently available for 00-02

If you have an 03, that will work. Look at the Vendor Section on this site as well, for a cheaper, and most likely better turbo solution.
