Ummmm.....ok. If you are doing a turbo kit, sure. But please tell me you aren't just installing the IC on a NA engine.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

You can do it, but you have to cut some pieces and parts I think. Use the search function and you'll find something.

shouldn't be too much of a hassle to use that intercooler. maybe a lil cutting here and there (nothing a sawzall won't speed through) and you will have to remove the core support. removing the core support will greatly decrease your front impact safety, as you can imagine. there are braces that you can get to keep some of the front structural integrity, although i personally haven't read/seen too much about those.
on a side note, are you entirely sure that you need this big of an intercooler? in some instances with a smaller turbo (such as the srt-4 stock piece) you will actually hurt your performance with that big of an intercooler. just some food for thought.

The core support is what the radiator mounts to. The crash bar (inner bumper) is what he means, just so no one gets the wrong idea. Sadly there are too many ppl out there that would actually do it.

I checked out your car. You have an 05 sxt lightly modded... Unless you have a turbo, you don't need an intercooler. Please tell me (too) that you are not putting an intercooler on a non-turbo car.
Do you want it to look like it has a turbo? it's just added weight...

Or the bumper reinforcement (crashbar). Unless you don't care if the car handles like crap
