lol.

I did something like that once, except I put the jack under the cabin drain or whatever those plugs are for.

I have no idea. Are you good at welding?

not really... is there anything else besides welding i could do? the hole isn't that big. I'd say 2 1/2 in in diameter

Put a hose through it and seel it with calk. make the hose longenough to reach your groin area and attach a funnel to that end of the hose. and vaola no more bathroom stops on road trips. lol just playin man. the best fix is to cut a replacement peice out of a junked neon and have the old part cut out and the new peice welded in. expensive yes but also the correct fix.

i was thinkin you could get a scrap piece of steel or aluminum and pull the carpet up. then bend the bent sheet metal as flat as you can and place the new piece over the hole under the carpet and just JB weld it in place.

You need to cut the hole to a perfect square with a plasma cutter. Then grab either a piece of floor from a neon, or another high strength metal and weld it in place. Undercoat the bottom of it and seal the top with a body sealer (much like what is used in trunks). Anything else and it will leak....and rot....and leak some more.
