So today I was driving and all of a sudden my car drop to a low gear and is now stuck their, it wont shift at all. What cuases a car to do that?

someone correct me if i'm wrong, wouldn't that be limp mode for the 4 speed electronic trans?

It would be the shift solenoid, i should kno, cuz i had to replace it when i first bought the car. But since this is the 2ND time its happen, i just wanted to kno what causes it.

fluid getting really hot or something wrong pressures inside the valve body? maybe
