about how long would my car be in the shop to install a turbo kit?

It depends on who is installing it knows what they are doing...It really depends on the people and I guess the experience they have to make sure it is set up correctly, oh idk maybe from 3 days to a week (not full work days)...thats my rough guess but maybe some people can do it quicker...but again it depends on a set of different factors you need to take into account...

I want to see this kit as well. I can't really help out too much as I haven't turbo'd a 2.0L
