I think it would look cool with the stock hood if it fits properly.

I've always liked that Kaminari bumper. Yes, they could have expanded the crosshairs up more towards the top of the bumper about 2" and it would look much better, but non the less, still a clean bumper. Also, if you went with a hood, I'd stick with Kaminari...they are by FAR the best hoods you can buy for the Neons. I have never heard anything remotely bad about Kaminari products, especially their hoods. Just a head's up!

i found a different angle of the same bumper so ill get that chopped in graphite for u guys later 2night. as far as eyelids im gunna be getting the projectors from modern in the next couple of days and ill prolly end up with shorty style as the "s" will look weird with the two tone im planning.

Can you show me a pic of this because I don't see what you mean from the OP's chop.
Is this what you mean?

Absolutely NOT! The Kaminari Viper bumper is much too round to be paired with the SRT skirts and rear bumper. It would look real bad! From what I've seen the bumper looks best with no skirts and stock rear bumper...honestly. I'll try to find a pic of a yellow car on CarDomain with the front bumper. Looks sick!

now i have one question here... with the style of the front kit, are you going to turbo too... if that is the case, you might have a cooling issues.... I"m guessing on this, but at the same time I could be wrong. BTW I love the style of the kit and how is chopped.

i talked to kaminari and the guy said that i most likely would run into issues with the intercooler, however i was tlakin with somebody (i think it was nitehawk) and they said it probably wouldnt iunterfere with the stock one only a BFMIC. ive been thinking of ways to counteract the overheating and one thing i came up with would be to convert the foglight holes into mini-intakes wiith some piping wouting air to the intercooler. if anybody can provide any more info then tat would be great. thnx for all the positive input but sadly im going to be concentraating on engine work before i touch the exterior, the miniviper will have to wait.
