it will fade down to the shade of the paint around it. its like that b/c of it not getting exposed to sun like the rest of the car. and its going to happen when u shave your molding.s

a good wax job will also help buff that out.

yeah just get it detailed, tell them to give that area some special attention. It will come right out.

so if i wax it right, then all the shading shouldnt be there, cuz i took out my emblems in the back and i still have the shades.

that seems to be a common problem, something about putting the trim on w/ the paint still being wet i think.

for that ghost effect, i just used goo gone. I debadge my whole car with it. Wait for a hot day, spray some goo gone around the badges, then peel with fingers.

i already took out the back badges, i sprayed WD40 then i heated them up with a hair dryer and then peeled off, but since the paint under was fresh, you can still read Neon and Plymounth, how would i take that out, it looks bootleg.

find a nice sunny spot to park the car and aim the back toward the sun and allow leave it there. repeat untill spots are gone.

i.e. it will go away in a few weeks, once the sun is exposed to those spots and fades them.

That, and a good waxing, is the only cure.

Oh yeah?

Isn't it kinda' rough to get 19's to fit on a 2GN Neon?

I definetely dont think that 19's will fit on stock struts. My 17 srts with wider rubber dont fit on my struts. Had to get srt struts so they can fit nicely.

You should keep it that way, salsa red is a nice, unique color.
