Port and Pulish

Hello guys i got a 2001 neon r/t and i was wondering the next thing:

I just got my kirk racing headers and i was wondering if before i get these i could get some port and pulish in the magnum head, what will you recommend? i think that the magnum head already has a lot of free air through it so will it be worth it? i got the next things:

MPX UDP, Kirk Racing Headers, Injen Cai, Comp Cams 400.

Will port and pulish be a good idea for my next move? or what should i try? if port and pulish is the answer:
are there any symptoms my car its going to have?
is overhearting a problem after port and pulish? i mean the car will overheat often?
will it be worth it?

Please any suggestions are welcome and a explanation of what could be next its welcome.

The magnum head does flow well. Most SE and SXT guys try to find a magnum head or port their own head. Your car will not overheat (as far as I know). I don't know why it would or people would not be doing it.

p.s. It's POLISH. Not "pulish".

You will pick up some, but I don't know if it would be worth it $$$ wise. It is a good idea if you already have the head off, but to pull the head just for a P&P might not be worth it.
