Not very long, it was just finding where the bolts were that took the most time. Since you already have everything out I doubt it will take that long.

okay so it looks like im taking out the dash and sanding both peices and painting them back to stock or maybe custom but i havent ran across any good ideas (meaning clean and could be stock)

i bought lexeons white gucci seats so im working around those

anyone know if theres a how to on removing it?

Ive removed a dash before but not a neon

There probably isn't. Just look and remove bolts as you go, thats the easiest way to explain it.

I wonder if some good paint stripper would take the rest of the coating off the dash..

Taking the entier dash out of the neon is a pain tons of screws...
