Horn don't work??????
My friends horn does not work. As he tries to honk, I can hear "clicking" coming from the relay in the fuse box. I swapped relays with the AC Compressor but same thing, only clicking. Any idea what it could be?

You can figure it out with a multimeter pretty easily. What is getting power? Does power reach the horn? If so and the ground is good, you have a bad horn. No power to the horn? Where does the power stop?
Just use the same formula you would on any bad circuit to trace back to the fault.

If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

Get something obnoxious to wire in instead of the horn. Like one of those little noise makers from the 80s heavily amplified.

if you take off the passenger headlight its right under it. its a pain in the ass to get to but taking off that headlight is the easiest way to get to it without taking off the front bumper.
use a meter to test the wires going to the horn as he presses ot, if you get voltage the horn is bad, if you dont theres a fuse blown since you eliminated the relay already
