You need a hog clip pulling tool to get the clips off. Or some pliers. Twist and pull.

The metal things are little rings. Twist them like you would when you are trying to remove a ring from your keys....and remove them that way. They need to be stretched a bit to come out IIRC.

I'm assuming the black clips are the long black strips that hold the upholstery to the frame. Those are called J-clips. The easiest way to get them off is to take a flat-head screwdriver get it under one end, pointing towards the middle of the seat, and give the end of the screwdriver a good whack...as many as it takes to get it loose...then just pry the rest of it off. I really don't know how to explain things very well...I'm better at showing it.

Now the rings that hold the sides of the seat into the cushion...get a side cutters and get a hold of the ring, then twist it until it bends enough to pry it out. Otherwise you can just cut them with the side cutters, but you better be sure you get all the pieces of the rings out so you don't get a stray piece and put a hole in the upholstery!

the "key rings" are the hog rings, just do a search on ebay for hog pliers to see

I use a smaller bolt cutter to cut them and then pull them out with pliers, but you'll still need hog pliers and rings to put them back on
