traded the mustang for a 2001 neon R/T

Post by Boyscoutgonebad » Sat Oct 04, 2008 3:27 am

Picked up a 2001 R/T Back in April. After a not so pleasant run in with the back end of my buddies car it was time to trade in my mustang for something with a little better gas millage and i didn't feel like spinning my back tires through another Ohio winter. I Wanted to balance practical with fun. and the This is what I found. been reading and getting a lot of good info off the boards. I figured it was time to post some thing.

And for you viewing pleasure..............

Nice R/T! What are you doing to the front of the car? I noticed that in some of the pics you have some parts removed.

I like the barn pics, too. And a clean barn it is, as well

thanks for comments,

And ya i really like how the "barnyard" pics turned out. I'm going to have to head back there soon and get a car wash first, and take some time to get some better pictures. those ones were some quick shots, but they turned out pretty good.

As for he front end maddog, I removed the fog lights since both were broken. and I also replaced the headlights. the passenger side bolts rusted/striped out when i was removing the old ones, which is why there was only one headlight in a few pics. As far as the grill goes I've had it in and out trying to decide which looked better. I decided it looks better in, but i need to do something with the spot where the badge was removed.

Is it foggy? Are you on a bridge, or loading dock? Looks pretty cool, where ever it is

The pic has confused me - not hard to do, so no great accomplishment there

Oh, ok, I see it now. Fog was messing with my eyes. Never seen a boat ramp like that - that's why I thought t was a loading dock or something.

Looks like your car will be driving into the fog in that pic

good idea man, but i work weekends so i doubt I'd be able to make it. but let me know when and I,ll see.

Also noticed are cars are twins, and that your garage says you have SRT Wheels? do you have any pictures with them on, I've been thinking about picking some up.
