I think they're different. I remember when I was looking for some, I found about 1 hub that fit each generation of Neon. At least the kind that was a QD and fit the type of steering wheel I wanted.

If you're any good with a drill and a tap, it doesn't take much to go to crappy tire, buy a generic momo wannabe 5-bolt hub, then re drill it to the pattern you want.

after looking a tit closer I am 75% sure that is just the quick release. NOT the hub which you WILL need. Look for a momo hub adapter. Search around on here there are some nice write ups telling you what part number to buy. Tis how I went about it.

In all honesty. I have been using my aftermarket wheel now for shit almost half a year now. And I love it. Don't spend an uber lot on a quick release. I paid 20 for mine and glad I didnt pay anymore. It still works great. And honestly the only time I take the wheel off is at shows. So don't go spending 80 on a quick release. But having it is MEGA nice. As if I am working on teh dash or something I can just take the wheel off and that clears up alot of room.
