Here fixed it for him. I think that’s everything.

- Turbo manifold- [$200] http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_Car-Tru ... 06.c0.m245

Pretty much any t3/t4 manifold will work.

How to: viewtopic.php?t=24937

- Turbo - [$50-500]
(Garett or Airesearch) from a Ford or Volvo or Saab. These sell for around $150-$200 on Ebay! Or if you want the real power, find a T3/T4 Hybrid turbo but those go for around $450 brand new from Turbonetics! But for a street setup, a T3 is better because you get better throttle response (Less turbo lag). I've had experience with both types, the T3 is my favorite!

- Down pipe - [$250-500]

A downpipe from a Hahn kit or one of the E-bay kits would work.
Or you can get a custom one made for $250-500.

Price list from Hahn has all kinds of good stuff: http://www.turbosystem.com/Hahn%20RaceC ... celist.htm

- SFMU - [$50-350]

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Vortech- ... 06.c0.m245

(Vortech, Cartech, Etc...) New there like 250-350 you can find them used for 50-200
http://www.vortechsuperchargers.com./pr ... &cat_key=5
http://www.cartech.net/fmu2020.htm

How to from Cartech very good info: http://www.cartech.net/fmu2020instruc.htm

- Charge Pipes -[75-300]

Do not use aluminized steel it can rust. Rust is bad. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CXRacing ... 06.c0.m245

- Oil feed / Return line - [$70]

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TURBO-OI ... 06.c0.m245

Reason: Turbochargers need oil because they spin at an incredible rate. The oil cools down the bearings inside the turbo. This is a must.

Now that the oil is running through the turbo to cool down the bearings, you will need to return it back to the oil pan!

I recommend the above kit it has everything you will need.

Here is a how to on doing an oil-pressure gauge you can just add a second T to the mix and then install the oil feed.
viewtopic.php?t=18545&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0

- MAP clamp -[$20]
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_Car-Tru ... 06.c0.m245

Reason: You will need this to bypass the MAP sensor. If the MAP sensor sees boost, it will throw a check engine light code and will put the car into limp mode.

- 15 Feet of Vacuum lines -[$5-30]

Reason: You will need these for the blow off valve, FMU, wastegate, and check valves.

- Fuel pump -[$100]

Pretty much any 255 pump will work. The ones for the SRT-4 will work just fine as well.

how to: viewtopic.php?t=2658

- Fuel line - [$5-200]

Stock steel fuel line works great. But you will need a second one for the return line.

You can do braided if you want to go the expensive rout: http://store.summitracing.com/partdetai ... toview=sku

- Fittings to mod fuel canister - [$100]

How to: viewtopic.php?t=12781

- Injectors -[75-300]

You can use stock srt's or buy some 24's either will work.

How to: viewtopic.php?t=24332 The injectors at that point are a no brainer you just take them out and put in new ones. If you damage the o-rings in any way replace them.

- Blow off Valve and adapter pipe -[$50-300] .

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2-5-Blow ... 06.c0.m245

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/First-Ge ... 06.c0.m245

Where to get: E-bay or modern, or pretty much any speed shop.

- Intercooler -[$75-150] (Stock SRT intercooler)

Reason: Intercoolers are used to reduce the heat caused by compressed air. If you compress air, you create heat. When the hot air goes through the intercooler, it greatly reduces intake temperatures, thus more power!

Where to get: E-bay or for sale boards there all over the place easy to find!

Total cost of project: Around $??? All depends on what you get and how much you spend.

The reason the other guys kit was so cheap is he totally skipped the fuel system and didn't price things realistically.

My last turbo kit only had around $1,000 into it and it ran 13.7's at 5 psi with a small t3. It all depends on what you do..you can usually piece one together for way cheaper than it would be to buy a kit new. Sometimes you can stumble upon some really great deals.

Will this check valve work for our neons first gen (95-99) and second gen (00-05)?

First, we need to install a device called "Check valves" to trick the MAP sensor!
The MAP sensor reads atmospheric pressure in the intake manifold.
If it sees boost, it will send it to the ECU and the ECU will throw a check engine light!
Stock ECU does not like boost! It was never programmed to see boost.

So, to trick it, we will use a system called "Check Valves".
All it does is, it bleeds off boost from the MAP sensor.
If you have a check valve in your hand, try blowing through it, it blows through easily!
Now try sucking on it, air will not suck in! So when your car is boosting, the air will go through these valves into the atmosphere and trick the MAP sensor.
