my car is stock right now but i plan on getting the lip carbon hood and lower it with some 17 inch enki's

i'd wait until after the wheels and the lowering for the lip personally.

yeah id start off with the wheels then the drop and then the lip, even the link posted above with the CF lip just looks kinda funny w.o a drop

i hope it's a typo, but just wanna point out to you that bigger wheels won't lower your car.

I'm about 99% sure he meant lower it ON some 17" Enkeis, or lower it, and put on some 17"s.... I'd imagine.

yes i ment lowering it then puting the wheels i plan on getting the tein lowering springs
