sometimes when i take a look in the engine temerature it is almosrt on red, but sometimes it just gets low by itself its like when i see it its almosrt on red and then i see the tach lowers down by itself to less than the middle of temperature what could it be

Fixed!

Sounds like it could be the thermostat sticking, if your coolant levels are good. There may be air trapped in the head also. With the engine cold check the level at the overflow and the fill cap by the t'stat. If the cap is bad it may not draw coolant back into the system as it cools.
