not new here but joining the train of introducing myself names joe and i own a 2003 dodge neon se just getting started on mods gonna tint tail lights this weekend and put lowering springs on . got 20% tint all the way around have set of 17" konig holes but they need resurfaced will get pics up when have time away from work to take some
