MS is the best solution, however, it isn't the only one.

As much as you don't want to hear it, just type "turbo" and shit in the search bar so you don't ask questions that make people like me want to make fun of you. I'm on a lot of pain killers so i'm happy but others on here aren't LOL.
I wouldn't run megasquirt, seems like a bunch of BS. (Sure that sounds ignorant to some but stuff like Power Commander seems a LOT easier)
Dude honestly have you ever considered a sportsbike? It is an insanely cheap way to go fast if you have a real need for speed

That sticky is great for almost all the information you need. A turbo system, hell a car in general is like the human body...there are many components that work in unison and if you fuck up something you'll die.
If you don't run megasquirt you can run an RRFPR, which in a nutshell....sends more fuel to your injectors.
I would run big injectors and use an RRFPR to control the flow rather than have little ones (stock) under a lot of pressure. I've never turbo'd a car so I really know jack shit other than what i've read

Seriously MsQ is great but as said it isnt the only way:

The other way is "mechanical fuel control" basicly using fuel pressure and larger injectors to supply the extra fuel. For this you will need:http:
Return line style canister(usualy called Spoolboy mod)
http://forums.neons.org/viewtopic.php?f ... oolboy+mod
Rising rate fuel pressure regulator(RRFPR) that you can set base pressure on
http://www.cartech.net/fmu2020.htm
AT LEAST #30 injectors

thats the problem, to build up an 02+ drivetrain you basically need to swap to the 3 speed auto.
unless the PT Turbo parts fit

They do fit. Racersteve was messing with it in a 1ST gen but because he was running MS as a standalone he had no crank signal to send to the TCM so it would know what RPM the engine was at. And because he was running an SRT motor the trans couldn’t recognize the NGC crank signal the NGC PCMS translate it into something the TCM can understand. If you have an 02 or older you should be able to use a stratus TCM and use the stock crank signal.racer12306 wrote:thats the problem, to build up an 02+ drivetrain you basically need to swap to the 3 speed auto.
