Anybody Want tO Keep An Eye Out For ME?!

Post by Liz » Thu Oct 16, 2008 6:06 pm

Anybody who wants to be nice, if you've seen a white srt with a sunroof...I am so desperate to find one under 15000 and I can't, yet. So if you come across one can you let me know about it. That would be wonderful :)

Doesn't have to be an acr or anything like that.

Rated most popular color of 08.

White was only offered in 05 on the SRT's. o5's usually go around $15-17k with decent mileage. They are indeed hard to come by though.

Liz, 300 miles isnt far at all..... I've driven from Phoenix, AZ to Pittsburgh, PA in 3 days...now THAT was a far drive, lol.

Don't be afraid to get a car thats a little farther away. If you have to, arrange to fly there and get picked up at the airport...

Why is white so popular?

People like ugly boring cars. How else do you explain how Toyota sells so many cars.

yeah my white r/t is :love4: :love9: :love7: ...
but after it was considered totaled i figured dumping more money into it by doing a swap or something along those lines would be pointless...

I really love white cars besides the fact they show every dirt spot known to man....

I have a black MS3 because the other colors available are crap. Cosmic Blue, Metro Grey, White, Silver, True Red.. yuck.

Black Mica was the lesser of the evil. If it was up to me I'd have an Aurora Blue MS3.. but we don't live in Australia.

Message them and ask for Tony. Tell him that Corey from ClubSi told you about him.

He's my guy out in Wisconsin. Totally nice guy. Seems to get deals on stuff noone else can match. He sells SRT-4s about 2 a month for $10-$12K all the time. Tell him what you want and I bet he can get it for you. He gets alot of his stuff through the auction but he knows cars, especially turbo/supercharged ones and does not sell junk.

If I wasn't so hell bent on saving money I could have had a 2004 STi with 64K, blue with gold wheels, 1 owner, a set of winter wheels/tires, for a whopping $17K OTD. No bullshit. His prices are great because he likes to turn them over quick.

He is supposed to be getting me a truck here soon. Something cheap and beater. He has a Dakota V8 in deep amethyst purple that's a nice truck but no purple or V8 for me.

Here is what I got from my guy in Wisconsin on what he has/can get and the prices he is looking for each.

"05 white srt4 20K miles has blue stripes though, probably can be had for 12K

05 white with 40K probbly 11K

05 white with 68k for aroun 9"

I am trying to confirm that the 1st one is/is not a commemoritve (sp?) edition.

Any interest? Lemme know.
