Is a bed in the middle of a wall that abstract?

It's only a couple inches away from the wall because there is an outlet behind it.

I like it being away from the wall a little. There is also a HVAC vent right there so I get nice cool air in the summer

We would have to change a lot of stuff so it would match, therefore we aren't painting again

Women usually like to do things like that... switch things up every once in a while.racer12306 wrote:We would have to change a lot of stuff so it would match, therefore we aren't painting again
My mom rented an apartment to a woman who was the Queen at that. The wall behind the pictures in her apartment looked like a dartboard... all from many events like "oh lets move the picture 1 inch left".

She was pretty sick of painting by the time we were done so I don't think I will have to worry about it.
Since I will be running electric and air in the walls of my shed I figured I would call in a favor from my Mom for a stud drill. I worked on this tool during my co-op at Black and Decker so I've wanted one just to have one. I just got a text that I will be getting one of these bad boys:
DeWalt DWD460
This is the full tilt piece with the electronic safety feature. This drill is a beast and probably 10 times more drill than I would need, but there is no fun in having a small drill.
I have drilled with a prototype and it is a monster, I drilled a 4-5/8" self feed bit through a 2x6 and it fought me the entire way but I was one of the only ones to not engage the safety.

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooo back on topic...
I was very surprised today. I started looking at electrical parts at the local small town supply house. For all of my parts they are only $50 more, for everything to completely wire my shed, than Home Depot. There is a lot of stuff that is much much less per piece.
The big differences are the three 8' light fixtures that are $51 each at the small store compared to $40 each at HD. Then the receptacles are nearly half the price at the small store. It's really weird.
Looks like I'll be shopping at both places.

Total for buying from the small shop: $670
Total for buying from Home Depot: $618
Total for buying from both: $545
That makes me happy.

I've got a few updates...
We made a little paver pad for the grill to get it off the patio and free up some space.

I don't have pics of this yet, but the back part of our lot is not looking a million times better. We had someone come in and clean it up. It's mainly dirt with a couple stumps for now. I was told to spray it every now and again to make sure everything that we don't want dies.
and the big update......
The shed is finally in.

I am going to get a scoop of stone to fill in around the shed to make it look a little nicer. The bricks going around the front of the shed at the left overs from when we did the front of the house.

I called in a favor to get this monster.

I'll be hanging outlet boxes and running romex in the shed soon.
