srt4 stock speeds and etc...

okay guys, i have a reason for wanting to know all this, but i would really appreciate your help getting some info on a base 2001 dodge neon vs. a base 03-05 dodge srt4.

i need to know....top speed anyone has reached in their srt4? and neon?

what does the speedo go up to? i know my neon goes up to 120, but im not sure aboout srt4s?

i need some all angle shots of black srt4s, bone stock.
as well as pictures of gauge clusters from any 2nd gen that includes the tach and white face. and the guage cluster from an srt4.

i know all this sounds wierd, but its very important why i need it

links would be nice to have, but if not thats okay. ill aprrieciate anything! thanks guys!

I happen to have a 5 day old black SRT in my driveway, only mod is black out tails, but I still have the stockers in my car and a digital camera so, what all do you need? stock SRT is limited to 148 mph, but once you get into the stages they go faster than that, but the stock gauge cluster goes to 160 mph

yep im up to something....04yellowr/t...i need ground level (like youd see it goin down the road) shots of the side, angle shot of the rear, dead shot of the rear, dead shot of the front, front angled shot, alll from drivers side of car, preferable around 8pm in the evneing if you can since that is when this happened. my email is scneonchic501@yahoo.com if you just wnat to email them to me. oh yes, and a pic of the gauge cluster. try w/ just parking lights on....thats all i had on when i was pulled.

Here is another idea:
Find someone who knows how to calculate power to weight ratio..

What I mean is, find somone to figure out how much HP your car would need to even reach the speeds that the cop mentioned in the short distance it was done in....for EX:

In order for your car to reach lets say 130mph in a one mile stetch, and your car weighs 3800lbs..you would need 350HP wich you dont have. This is not an accurate figure, its just to give you an idea.
Try to run your car across the scales to see what you weigh, I know there has got to be somone on this forum that can accurately figure out your power to weight and the power needed to reach those speeds.

thanks..and no its not going to, ive got the money sitting here, just waiting for my car to get out of the shop this weekend so i can switch the taillights out. by the end of next week, at the latest, you should have your nice new taillilghts waiting for you when you get home

im still going a head w/ all plans for the car, with the exception being the underdrive pulley and spark plug wires. ill send those back and reorder after the trial. im going to need that money to pay lawyer fees or to pay my ticket, or both....this sucks

make your you get a scientific or a mathematical formula to try to prove that your car and weight does not have the power to run those speeds in the givin length that it supposivly happened. Its some amo but you are going to need more than that.....

its goign to be hard, but i plan to fight it as hard as i can, its rediculous, the cop had to doubt that it was me, maybe he just didnt want to look stupid? cuz i should have been arrested for that in heartbeat and i wasnt. def. not complaingint but the only explanation as to why he didnt has to be becuase he had some doubt, IMO at least

I'm pretty sure the car is not limited by anything other than the rev limiter in 5th gear. With the stock HP you'll most likely hit about 153 MPH.

I don't have any problems with it as long as it is absolutely needed to get by but I don't want people to join and see that "hey look.. these people are suckers for a sob story, i can think of a good one so people donate"... so then people donate to someone that doesn't even need it and the person just uses it to mod their car or buy crack. I'm all for helping people that need it but sooner or later someone may take advantage of it and when that time comes I don't want to be put between a rock and a hardplace allowing it to happen.

oh i understand completly. i read this book one time this summer (yes i read books! haha) and it had this guy in it that got on this forum for some band and was like pretending to be obsesed w/ them and he completly conned the ppl until someone started checking his story and they realized it was crap and busted him. well..bustd him as well as you could on a forum, banned him or whatever.

but trust me guys, this isnt some BS thing, ive got the ticket if you guys want to see it, i coudl take a pic for you, lol. im just ready to get the ticket and court out of my way and over w/...its hard nto to think about it everyday when im constantly thinking how am i goign to afford to pay lawyer and my ticket if they just reduce it instead of drop it?

grr...still makes me mad to thinka bout it...i even drove the route yesterday that they said i took. between point a and point b, its 6.5miles. saturday ngiht traffic (same time and day i got pulled) and it took me 10minutes to go that far, going the speed limit. plus im getting the computer scanned this week, so im hoping thats enough to prove that i didnt do it and nore could i get that far in3 minutes.
