The truck is pretty badass. But...those other vehicles are not my taste at all. I really have to emphasize that.

Isn't a 4x4 ram of that era considered a W-150, W-250, or W-350?
My dad had a 91 D-250 with the cummins in it. Strong truck for its time period, reliable as all hell too.

Depends on who you talk to. Chrysler started changing the nomenclature in the 80s from "D" and "W"s to all "D". It made more sense to call then D for 2wd and W for 4wd. It made life difficult for the old time parts guys (like me) when they started the change. But then again, Chrysler always keeps us on our toes
/OT rant
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

We've always called em D-150 Power Rams. Its badged as a Power Ram anyway.

The "W" was only used on the dealership and shop level to denote 4wd. The trucks had D*50 badging.

LOL those other two SUVs look so silly next to your Power Ram. Like "OO OO! Let's hang out with the big bad ass so no one picks on us!"
Nice truck

Interesting. (Nice truck btw). My dad's '86 is a W-150, and that's what we've always called it. I wish I had pictures of it....it's sexy.
