R/T header ???
What will be the difference if someone swaps their SXT headers to an R/T? Is it worth it? Is it straight bolt on? Will it be noticeable with an UDP and full exhaust?

Re: R/T headers ???
It will bolt up, but since the exhaust ports are larger on the Magnum head, you wouldn't be getting the full benefit of the larger manifold. It may still help slightly.unleashedcc wrote:What will be the difference if someone swaps their SXT headers to an R/T? Is it worth it? Is it straight bolt on? I think this was misleading, as in he wanted to put SE/SXT exhaust mani onto an R/T head. That would be a bad mismatch of ports. It would run, but prolly worse than a standard head.unleashedcc wrote:What will be the difference if someone swaps their SXT headers to an R/T? Is it worth it? Is it straight bolt on? But I think Dante got it right. The Mag. header helps slightly on the standard head, changes the sound a little too.

Probably shouldn't listen to anything your penis says, that guy's a dick.

Yeah, that's what I thought at first. But that would just be silly.occasional demons wrote:I think this was misleading, as in he wanted to put SE/SXT exhaust mani onto an R/T head. There is a slight difference, but it all bolts together.ZeroChad wrote:I always thought that the cat/downpipe was different between the two.
