ok today my heat stopped working, and ac is also not working. there is power going to the controls, but no air blowing.... where is the blower motor fuses located?

If it is just a case of the fan not blowing, check for current to the motor. If it's getting power but not blowing, the motor is bad. If power is going to the blower resistor but not to the motor, the resistor is bad.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

Under the dash on the passenger side in the HVAC box.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

Good deal. You can get to the motor without removing anything. IIRC, it hangs straight down from the box. It should have two good sized wires going to it.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

Didnt you just have an issue with your deck fuse? check your fuse.
