Depends on what you want. Big drop, blown struts and poor handling, go with the Sportlines. Better handling, less drop, and slightly longer life out of the struts, go with the Pro kit.

Within the section I moved you to, there are many opinions on springs. What one person thinks may not be the same as others. You will find that many people like H&R on Tokico blues. No matter what spring you pick, keep in mind that your struts won't last long. Stock struts don't work well with lowering springs no matter what brand.

Meh...i've heard some things about coilovers that didn't exactly make me happy with their price tag. Mostly that the ride is a lot better than being dropped on springs, but they still don't compare to stock suspension. As it is the neon takes bumps and stuff pretty hard...I am scared to get lowered

Shitty/Poorly adjusted coilovers ride bad. Now you have to accept that 400+lb springs arent going to feel like 120lb springs but you get used to it.

I hate to keep going on like this but a properly matched spring/damper combo will always be better than poorly designed/built coilovers. Go look at the moton thread( Im in love) that is what touring car dampers cost, half of that will get you great street/track dampers(Mopar KW stg/v 3R) anything cheaper is just about scrap value.
To the OP if you just want uber lowness get a set of e-bay coilovers. The springs are stiff eneough to keep from bottoming out all the time.

well being that i had coilovers on my honda im not that hugh of a fan of them i like tein springs for hondas but again this is my first neon and i really dont have much info on them and as far as cost goes thats not a issue although im not taking the car on the track anytime soon because its actually my fiancee car just want a good spring strut package that looks good but isnt pure crap so im prolly gonna go with either the eibach pro or the teins

So you want decent lowness and a great ride? Mopar lowering springs are best then, if you want a little lower but with more bottoming out issues standard 1gn springs would work.
