Well my co-worker has been bugging me to take some pics of her 2003 VW Rabbit GTI 20th Anniversary Edition, so I decided to do it this weekend. It's not everyone's taste, but that's what makes it unique. I honestly like what she's done...and I helped her tape off the red stripes. I would have put a lot more time into getting everything precise, but she wanted to get her car done, so I guess precision wasn't in her plans...

Anyways, on with the pics...enjoy!

The hood thing doesn't look good since it doesn't line up with the grille. Tails are gross. Everything else looks nice.

See, that's what I told her when we were masking the hood off...I told her that she should run the black into the grille, and not where the headlights are, but it's how she wanted it. The tails are probably the best ones I've seen for her car...but she did have some nice tinted clear ones on before.

Not sure I like the dark corners (was it a fish eye/WA adapter?) or some of the angles you chose (Not that I can do any better... yet

Yeah, it's from the w. angle adapter lens...like I said, I haven't touched the photos with any kind of editing at all. These are straight from the camera.

But is that an aftermarket hood? I'm not really educated on Volkswagen.

It is an aftermarket hood, but it didn't come with those hood scoops...she added them in from scratch. It was pretty cool to watch her and her bf make those scoops.

I like it, except for the tails. Stock tails (imo) with a very light tint would look better.

I wasn't going to look at this thread at all, but curiosity got the better of me.

I will say that body style Golf is pretty sweet. I like to think that is what the Omni would look like if the kept it (damn you Chrysler!)

Oh, and I want her wheels. Seriously. Get them for me. I'll be your bestest friend
