Anybody know of some good All seasons?

I'm about to get some new rubber for my 03 neon and was wondering what you guys suggest. I live in Buffalo so snow is here for like half the year. I was looking into Dunlop signature series, all season tires. I'm looking to spend about $400 and having winter tires and summer tires are out of my budget. Thanks for the help

My opinion = Yokohama AVID TRZ's are great.
