I'm gonna throw this out there. It'll sound a little wierd but if it sounds like a high pitched, old squeaky door, there's a chance that the outer tie rod ends have gotten rusted inside the ball & socket portion so when you turn the wheel, they squeal really bad. Fords (Like mustangs and crown vics) are notorious for it. I have only seen it happen on a dodge once. Other things to check are inner tie rods, lower ball joints, rack and pinion, sway bar end links and sway bar bushings.
Best way to check is with chassis ears but most people don't have those. Try using a stethescope with a long metal extension on the end of it and have someone else turn the wheel. Put the stethescope on the part that you think is making the noise. It'll be really loud when you find the right part.
