Yeah, I powdercoated em black... they were originally gold. I got the front forks, wheel, triple tree, and header on tonight with a friend. Pics probably tomorrow...

Updates:

I bought some HID's at a bike show yesterday. They're 6k so they won't be WHITE, but they won't be BLUE either, kinda in between... or at least that's what I'm hoping. The wiring is REALLY weird though. Almost like I have 2 different ways to hook em up (universal harnesses for different kits maybe??). The instructions aren't much help But yeah I bought 2 kits, no more "hey, one of your headlights is burned out!" comments for me. :damn honda:

Got some gloves to match the new scheme... Dainese Hellracer's in white/red/black.

Dainese had this badass black leather I wanted, but I didn't have $500 at the time. It was so nice that I wanted it when i go out...not to ride Hahaha

Most of the work is done. I'm STILL waiting on my fairings from my paint guy. It's been at least 7 months FTL.

well... paint guy finally laid the base coat + pearl. No clear yet, I may go grab the parts and have someone else lay the clear.

the tow truck company he was working for lost all their drivers because they are douches.. and he was the only one, working 80 hrs a week... this is why you don't procrastinate.. he could have had them done when they still had other drivers

I would be livid. I don't see the point of spraying the base without spraying the clear because now you need to re-sand it and do more work. Poor bike :(
