what is the duty cycle of stock 19lb injetor

This is the place to ask questions about your engine components like cams, valves, pistons… just anything that is generally "engine" specific. This also includes questions about exhaust systems such as exhaust manifolds, piping size, mufflers, ect...

I would think most neons are about the same, but higher elevation neons would probably be the most different. Something about the thinner air with less oxygen. Cold temps do affect it some, but I doubt it would be a huge difference.

We're all running the same ecu with the same software so there really shouldn't be a big variance unless it's highly modified or has a MS.

IIRC the max recomended is 80%, but it shouldn't matter what engine it is in. The injectors are sized to the cyl. displacement, so it doesn't matter how many there are, it just has to worry about it's one cyl. The actual % of duty cycle depends on the demand of the engine. So if it is in a larger displacement engine, or one programmed for more fuel, the % of the duty cycle may be over 80% for extended periods of time causing it to basically burn out the solenoid coil. (Provided it keeps the engine from going lean but still is above the max recommended percentage) On the other end if it can't get the % low enough the engine will run too rich.

Too much time spent here is a sign of a bad case of Ownaneonvirus.
