Speaker terminal question

Post by SXT05 » Sun Aug 28, 2005 10:45 pm

I got my speakers in and everything is wired up and working. Want to make sure I did it all correctly though.
On my speakers, the terminals are two different sizes. I assume this is to tell the negative from the positive.

My question...which is positive? The larger terminal or the smaller?

Thanks.

I would say the larger one is probably the positive.

I agree... Just make sure you hook up the + to the larger side on all of them.. You will be able to tell the difference if you hooked them up worng...

The larger terminal is positive, the smaller one is negative.
