stripped a/c compressor bolt

so today the high side of the ac compressor stripped... but for some reason there is a second hole... is it possable to use that one or will it affect the car.. i would have to twist the tube

Get a thread repair kit. (heli-coil) The A/C system may never seal if the parts aren't as from the factory. Twisting the tubing would put too much stress on the components. Or just get a compressor from a JY from a car that hasn't had the seals broken. You don't want a compressor that has been exposed to the elements for months/years.

well i have an extra compressor..


which is a good thing cause i broke the head off the other nut trying get the hose off
