nice car man.
the wing only looks bad cause its a stock looking neon if it was fixed up alot it wouldnt look that bad. so i say keep it.

SRT rims look great on our regular Neons! Keep the spoiler, the hammerheads look the best!

when i had mine off for a while i went to autozone and bought some interior clips. the ones the hold the carpet in the trunk down. put them in the hole and problem solved. though my car is black so i guess that wouldnt work for you.
fresh04neon shinned some light on my thoughts. i guess if you maybe had lip kit or something it would look so bad. but iam biased to wingless neons. mine will be off next somewhat warm day
