While the neon is put away for the winter its going to be going through some changes. They say you learn from your mistakes, so now that i have a set idea on how i want the car to look this winter and spring its going to look like a totally different car. As some of these changes take place before it goes into storage i will post pics

First new mod: R/T 5 spoke rims

Second mod: Magnum Intake
Let me just say it was the biggest pain in the ass to install! lol

also painted a spare fuel rail i had with metal cast purple paint i bought from walmart lol turned out alright but i think im going to paint it plum crazy eventually

And...the most important mod of all:

how do you drive without headlights? a set of coons would help. I think the hood actually looks decent with it.

I'm thinking you need to do "bux" amber turn signals on the coons. Even though that's not 2gn bux, it would be like a 1gn.

I sure hope so.

I wish they had still made clear tail lights in 03 not just altezzas so we could do DIY bux. I just don't think the crystal clear lenses (I.E. any altezza clear lens) would have the same effect if done red/amber.

if u used the lenses from the depo led lights and were really meticulous with ur taping u could prolly get a good BUX looking light.

exactly what I meant, but it doesn't have the depressions in the lense like clear or stock tails so it would be very transparent looking like the cobalt looking euro tails, like this:

Not bad necessarily, but doesn't have an OEM feel really.

im going to go with the raccoons for now for the headlights. As for the tail lights im going to stick with the 03+ oem tails. But damn do i wish i could make some 03+ bux tails

...and yes you all would kill me if you knew how much, or how little, i paid for this bumper
