Dan's phone was dead. I kept Adam up to date. Today was productive. Everything we could've possibly done, we did. We ran into a few snags which sucked but overall were both extremely pleased with the end result. Per Dan's request, no picture updates tonight. I have them right here on my cam and will upload them soon. I'm beat to hell and tired. I'm going to bed.

BFH's hold UCAs in place pretty well

Out with the old blown SRT struts, and terrible springs. We figured they must be DropZone springs. Amidst the rust there was a part number that began with DZ. Here's a shot of the Plum Crazy lipped wheels too

All front suspension out... This was about 20 minutes after we pulled the car in the garage

Mmmmm new TriNet Motorsports drilled and slotted rotors. He wanted slotted only, but got these and kept them

New setup

Front bumper offfff

Rear coil after we managed to get the rear drums and hubs off.... Holy fuck the drums were seized to the hub and finally after beating on them with a BFH for like 20 minutes and taking two pry bars between the drum and the backing plate we popped them off.

New fog light front bumper and lip mounted 03+ ACR status. He ordered fog lights but they didn't come yet.

The junk pile is starting to accumulate

Driver's side coil in and drum backing removed

Same wheel after the disc backing plate was installed. Put the wheels back on without the calipers so we could push the car back and close the garage door

Purple G2 for the haters... because black is for pussies. OUR CALIPERS ARE SOMETHING WORTH SHOWING OFF. (sorry nonbelievers. theyre tyte lolz)

No wheels, coils cranked down, front calipers being painted with g2

Now here's the real kicker... And I think this is really fitting for Dan. My camera died before I could get a shot of the final stance

We set it to a tight 2 finger gap all around... it's pretty damn low on those 205/40/17s

We were supposed to install HIDs but he was misinformed about which ones to get so he now has the incorrect ones and needs to get some new ones.

Purple Blox were to go on the wheels... they're not even close to fitting. They're huge and won't fit in the tiny holes for the tuner style lugs. They won't fir his wheels or mine. It's a bummer they look badass.

Fog lights were supposed to go in, but they didn't arrive.

All in all it was pretty smooth with the exception of the rear disc swap being way more trouble than it should have been. The end result looks really good and handles great. He needs to get some shorter endlinks for the rear sway, but that's minor. His car is really starting to look awesome.

I'll let Dan speak for himself now.

i <3 the megans, actually love isnt even the best word to describe it. i love the way it handles and soo smooth...im still toying with the damping but i think i maybe found what i wanted to leave it at

also Ryan forgot to say that we were going to put the OEM tail lights back on but i didnt have the bulbs for them lol

i originally wanted to spray the reverse light amber but we didnt get time, probably through out the week i will get them prepped and sprayed

That was my error on the HID kit. I thought he had MPX projectors, which are an H1, instead of the Depo projectors which are an H7. I apologized immensely for the confusion, I felt like an ass afterwards.

The purple G2 looks pink in the pictures....is it just the flash? Does it match the wheels at all? Looks like you guys did a lot of work. Wow

And I like the Magenta valve cover

What are you going to do about the lugs?
