Probably shouldn't listen to anything your penis says, that guy's a dick.

Well,
2002 Acura RSX non-type s comes in at:
160 HP
2769 lbs (auto)
Your Dodge neon:
132 HP
2567 lbs.
I think you would need (taking into account that dodge neon's weigh202 lbs less), at least 40 horsepower worth of mods, or extreme weight reduction to barely beat him. You should take into account your wheels too, can't forget those.
Basically, you will need extreme engine modification. Your auto won't help either.
And for the love of God, please don't street race.

I was going to say, remove all the weight in your car that you don't need in there to start off with.

I think a 75 shot would be a little overkill... even for an rsx. You could get away with a 50 shot or maybe even the smallest 35 shot... but weight reduction is a must. 1/8 a tank of gas too...deep1ca wrote:bone-yard-racing wrote:Gut it and nitrous![]()
Weight reduction: trunk carpet, spare wheel and jack, rear seats, passenger seat, rear door panels, headliner. And if your stock wheels are lighter with rubber, put those back on too.
Nitrous: 75 shot
That should do the trick I think.

That might be pushing your luck. The last thing you need, is to go lean hitting NO2. I wouldn't run less than 1/4 tank for that reason. If it is down to 16 lbs +/-, then it really isn't going to help/hurt much. Losing by a hair is better than choking, and blowing the motor. Especially over a "challenge" between buddies.excon wrote: but weight reduction is a must. 1/8 a tank of gas too...

gas = 6lbs/gallon roughly
full tank: 12.1 x 6 = 72.6lbs
half tank: 36.3lbs
quarter tank: 18.2lbs
eighth tank: 9.1lbs
remember 100lbs = ~ a tenth of a second in the quarter. so with the difference between an eighth tank and a quarter tank is 9.1lbs which would equal about a hundreth of a second in the quarter mile.
