MAN. If I had some money dude I'd pick this up. This is a solidly built car, and it can be used as a show car to boot. I'd feel bad picking it up knowing I'd be driving the shit out of it.

The quaife is already installed in the tranny. Don't think he'd want to disassemble the tranny just to sell you the dif.

Yea, I agree but I don't have any interest at all. It will be a truly sad day if this thing has to be traded in.

Update: Due to the recent weather the front end ended up in a massive hole in the road that I couldn't see cause it was at night and was full of water/snow and cracked the shit out of the front bumper. But no worries its going down here shortly to get looked at to be repaired. So in the end it will come out better then before as it was cracked before so now it will be more then likely getting a new bumper.

I'm a bit confused about the part where if you can't sell you're going to trade it in... Since when did TRADING a car in SAVE any money? A dealer isn't just going to buy the car from you; you'll have to trade it towards a more expensive car. Would having a new car payment somehow help your money situation? I'm thoroughly confused about that.

Ok, here it is in a nutshell

I have a 2006 Subaru tribeca thats in both mine and my soon to be ex wifes name. I need to get it out of her name. I owe more then the subaru is worth so to get it paid down i will either sell this car or trade it in with the subaru as a way to get her name off of it.

For me it would. My wife told me should would let me buy your car (big surprise if you knew her). But it is neither a manual, nor do I have the ability to get rid of my car.
