Changed Sparkplugs

Hi guys, just changed sparkplugs and this is what i found:

Is red color normal??? Found oil in 1 of them.

What brand and octane of fuel do you use?

How old are the plugs? Looks like they're just really old to me. You can visually diagnose spark plus here: http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/engine/plugs.html

Yeah they don't look too bad. I just changed mine a few days ago and they were a pinkish color.

ops, yes, before i was using 93 octane usually shell or exxon, now i'm using cheapest i found 87 octanes....

Red plugs indicate the use of fuel additives.

They are like 15kmiles and 1 year old at most lol...

Thanks for all inputs...i've never used any additive, well, a few months ago used a can of berryman's only...i don't know if this cause red color...

Doesn't necessarily mean additives you used. Depends on what the refiner blended in also.
