Check brake fluid level?

I hope so.

Check brake fluid, would be the first guess. Is his brake light tending to stay on sometimes too? If that's the case, also check to make sure his brake light switch is all right.

Yeah, there a switch on the E-brake handle. Check and make sure it's making good contact while the handle is down. You'll have to take out the center console to check that.

Yeah but make sure you check the brake fluid first. Less work that way.

The console is really not that hard to pop out though. It's like 6 screws.

The same thing happens to me sometimes. And then it turns out the brake fluid was low.

Filling up the brake fluid fixed that problem.

As everyone stated, check brake fluid. If you're low on fluid be sure to check your brake pads as you might be getting to the point of needing replacing.

Does it only do it when there's a passenger in the car? Is it possible that his passengers aren't fans of his driving and instinctively pull the e-brake out of fear whenever he accelerates? It's a natural reaction when I ride with my sister...

nope, an SRT-4....because when you do an SRT-4 swap, you get a brake light on the dash, and seeing how his is an intermittent issue, it shows that he is stage 1 out of 2 in the SRT-4 self-transformation....duh, get it together!:beatstick: lol
