Sealed Battery
Im looking for a sealed battery the one I have in my car says maintenance free its a Chrysler battery im wondering if I can mount this in my trunk or is it still dangerous? I need to move my ecu to where the battery is currently located. why dodge placed it on the front frame where my IC is going I just dont know
I have my OEM battery in the trunk. It's been in there for probably almost a year now with no issues. Some people say water filled batteries are dangerous due to fumes, but I'm still alive and well. I plan on upgrading to a lighter weight battery in the future, probably sealed just to be safe. I have a write up in the How-To section about relocating the battery to the trunk, you should check it out.
