what kinds of gains are you expecting and what do you have for a motor?

Not sure of the gains, but personally I would like an even 200hp/200tq but I know that is almost impossible.

This system appears to be perfect for our neon engine as our belt system is on the front (left) of the motor and we have no space there to mount a S/C on that side. With the drive shaft, we would be able to mount the S/C on the intake side (where it should be) and there should be no clearance issues.

Right now its just a thought. I havent the cash flow to work on this just yet... But I will be doing something along these lines in the future.

You will need lots of cash flow for one of those kits since it would have to be custom built for a neon....

That looks more like a Pro-Charger. I bet a Pro-Charged Neon would be easier though.

I guess if you mounted it ontop of the intake manifold, close to the fuel rail, you might be able to get it to get in reach of the timing belt (obviously need a bigger belt), it might rub on the motor mount or tensioner pulley. Run a U-bend pipe to the throttle body, since it will pretty much be mounted right on top of it LOL, unless you run to a intercooler, which is probably the smart route. Someones got to try it I suppose

Just throwing out ideas here.
