That sticky sucks because of the lack of pictures.
Short and sweet answer is that there are no lips for the 00-02 neons. You can make or retrofit one but thats about it.

I think Kaminari makes a lip kit for the 2000-2002 neons.

Technically the Razzi kit is a lip kit, but the front bumper has to be trimmed to fit. I would not recommend this kit though, even at stock height you will scrape the bumper everywhere.

i love the kaminari kits, and once i get my 2.4T swap, i plan on getting the turbo kaminari kit for my 00 neon. but looking at that lip kit (rear lip) just curious as to where the exhaust is :S lol..

Shit, I scrape in my stock R/T with just the front lip. It's gonna be hell when I lower it.
