quick question probably a newb question is the pt cruiser clutch an upgrade to a neon clutch??

Yes. Get the clutch off of modernperformance.com, and get the new TOB too. It's a big upgrade, it can hold up to 270 WTQ and lots of abuse.

Yup. Its sold through Modern Performance as the "Mopar Performance Clutch" or some other jazz.

im sorry but i dont know what "TOB" stands for lol.. but can someone send me a link because there are like 4-5 choices and i would like to see the specific one...

last question, i know im turboing my neon with estienmaiers kit, but what does an upgraded clutch do for your car, like a N/A car for instance.

It'll grab harder, and last longer. TOB is the "throw out bearing". Get it from modernperformance.com.

It seems to be a somewhat common problem.... some people have it, others don't. (not myself, personally)

Many recommend putting a little (not a lot, just a little) grease on the shaft, to help the TOB move, during the installation.
