Some people are saying the heat will hurt the LEDs, I think time will tell to be honest. These were so easy to do that I could pull them off and replace it in less than two minutes. But this has been commonplace for quite some time now, I can't see them being affected all that much. They're in there with HIDs which run cooler than Halogens.

I can't see heat causing a problem. It's not like it would ever get hot enough to melt the platic on LEDs, right? I've seen lots of people put "aura" LED lights into their halogen headlight housings without any ill-effects and, like you said, halogen runs a lot hotter than HIDs.

^^ While yes I don't see it being an issue. You gotta remember she is putting the led much much closer to the bulb than you would say if you just put it in the housing.
Like I said I don't see her having an issue(and I hope she doesn't as goey led in her projector housing would suck lol).
