Bushing sizes

Have some questions about how to achive better handling and stopping power using different springs, upgrading to coilovers, questions on swaybars, bushings, different rotors, pads, ect... Having any steering problems or questions about steering racks, tie rods, tie rod ends, ect... ask these questions here.

Anyone about to install some LCA bushings? Or otherwise know their dimensions?

I need measurements for the (front) horizontal mount where the control arm attaches to the frame. My Energy bushing has crapped out, so I want to make a new one. I just don't want to pull the suspension apart to measure, put it together to get to work, only to pull it all apart again when I have the finished bushing.

I simply need to know the diameter of the cylinder part of the arm, and it's length. Also, the outside diameter of the sleeve the bolt goes through.

Or measurements of the urethane bushings if you're putting a set in.
